About Holly-Marie
At my private practice, I am committed to helping women cultivate healthy relationships and break free from patterns of dysfunctional connections, whether at work, at home, or within the family. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in understanding historical and intergenerational trauma, recognizing that our past experiences profoundly shape our present behaviors and emotions.
As a person of Native American lineage (Ihanktonwan Dakota Sioux), I deeply understand the pain of being in relationships that repeatedly undermine your self-worth and trust. My personal experiences and professional training equip me to compassionately address the multitude of concerns that often accompany such situations, including:
- Racism
- Marginalization
- Identity Confusion
- Objectification
- Sexism
- Verbal and Sexual Abuse
- Emotional Neglect
- Low Self-Esteem
In our sessions, we will collaborate to tap into your intuition using various modalities, primarily Internal Family Systems, dream work, and mindfulness. These approaches will help you gain deep insights into your emotions and behaviors. This self-awareness is a powerful tool in the journey of healing and transformation. My goal is to assist you in reclaiming your inherent worth and value, empowering you to lead a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Through our therapeutic journey, my aim is to help you feel more connected — to both yourself and those around you. Together, we will navigate the complexities of your personal experiences and empower you to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Your path to healing and growth begins here, in a safe and supportive space where your well-being is my top priority.

Creative and Expressive Art Therapy Work
I love incorporating intuitive and expressive art therapies into my work with clients. You don’t need to be an artist to benefit from this approach. While not everyone feels comfortable with it, and that’s completely okay, if you’re open to trying, you may discover that these seemingly simple techniques can unveil profound aspects of your psyche that are sometimes challenging to explore through traditional talk therapy. Many of my clients have found that engaging in this type of therapy brings about new personal insights and fosters feelings of hope and relaxation.
Below are a few samples of my own intuitive and expressive artwork.
